I move you do the same

I sit you sit

You’ve always been by my side each step of the way

When I get lost and disconnected you were always there

When I celebrated my small Wins and cried about the ones I lost you were equally there

When others didn’t feel the need for me to be in their life and left you didn’t 

When I get confused and make the wrong choice you bear the consequences with me

My pain is your pain

My tears your tears 

And my happiness is also yours 

When I gave up on myself you didn’t 

When I’m weak and scared you didn’t leave 

Not just because you couldn’t but mostly because you didn’t want to 

You saw in me what I didn’t even see in myself.

 Oblivion How often do you dream? Funmbi was a dreamer, she has a perfect picture of how she wants her life to be all in her head, you could say she was a perfectionist or a perfectly driven person....well, it's easier for her being born into wealth but still she wanted more and strive harder to get the best of everything, clothes, cars, shoes, bags, food, skin, house and even her man. Lost cause

  It’s so funny how we miss what we never had, how we longer and thirst for what isn’t ours. How we blindly pray for the type of lifestyle that isn’t meant for us, We get into relationships/situationships fully aware of what the outcome would be but we hang on to that little hope of what if it actually works out and when it doesn’t (as expected) it hurts like you never saw it coming,  You are never fully prepared for failure, but yet you keep trying,  I keep praying that whatever/whoever isn’t meant to be in my life should be removed no matter how aggressively I hold on it/them, I can’t go through all this and settle for less so for now I rest, so I can redirect my thoughts and change direction, have given it my best. Tired of fighting for a lost cause.
